By using PetPortraits you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

PetPortraits creates stylized AI-generated portraits from photos you provide. Results are generated by artificial intelligence: they are creative interpretations, may contain inaccuracies or artifacts, and may differ between runs. We don't guarantee any particular output.

Subscriptions & purchases

PRO subscriptions (weekly or annual) unlock unlimited portraits, all styles, and watermark-free exports. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are charged to your Apple ID.
Free-trial periods convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Credit packs and the Memorial Collection are one-time purchases.
Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos you provide and, to the extent permitted by law, to the portraits you generate. You may use your portraits for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for having the right to use any photo you submit — only upload photos you own or are permitted to use.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes anyone's rights; don't attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service; don't use automated tools to access the generation service outside the app.

Fair use of generation

"Unlimited" PRO generation is subject to fair personal use; we may throttle patterns that indicate automated or commercial-scale abuse to keep the service fast for everyone.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
